VILLAGE EAST

Andy and his wife, Nancy, owned and lived in Village East from its infancy in 1972 to its middle age in 2001, and Andy has been serving Village East homeowners' real estate needs since 1986.

They watched many of the homes and schools being built, some of the first squirrels venture across Havana as trees matured, and two sons progress through and graduate from the elementary, middle, and high schools serving Village East.

Andy was co-founder of and served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Village East Neighborhood Association for over 10 years.  He wrote and edited the Village East Newsletter much of that time.

Andy knows the homes, the neighborhood, many of the fine people, the amenities, the market, and the reasons for living in this community.

When it comes time to sell a home in Village East, Andy is ready and able.
